Today we will talk about egg curry recipe, egg curry or we can say Egg masala curry it is very easy and tasty recipe and egg is very healthy and nutritious for us lets see how to make egg curry
Ingredients
5 boiled eggs
2tbsp ginger-garlic paste
3 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp red chili paste
Half tbsp turmeric
Tomato onion puree
1 tbsp jeera
Chopped coriander
Salt as per your taste
1 teaspoon garam masala
Method
Now take a pan, put oil in it after oil gets heated put boiled eggs in it make sure stir them again an again because eggs will stick at the bottom of the pan fry them until it gets light golden brown color after that remove it in to a plate, and then in same pan put jeera after sometimes add onion tomato puree cook until it gets brown in color after that add ginger garlic paste cook foil it for 10 to 20 seconds then add half cup water then add red chilli powder, turmeric, salt as per your taste now mix it well then add garam masala then stir it then add half cup of water close the pan and cook it on low flame after 2-3 minutes check the curry and close it again for minutes and then add fried eggs and mix it in the curry now our egg curry is ready to eat now serve it into a bowl...
