Maggi recipe | how to make | at home | Maggi masala

Today we will talk about how to make Maggi noodles it is very easy and tasty recipe and most interesting part of this dish is that we can have this tasty recipe in breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time that we want...

Maggie is one of the recipes is the most popular and widely accepted noodles recipe in India with dry spices and Maggi tastemaker. indian Maggi noodles are not just liked by the kids, but the fan following varies to bachelors, working couple and even adult parents. 

This Maggie noodle is personally my favorite food... I had started cooking Maggi from my school days. Today I will make Spicy Masala Maggi... I like spicy food very much. Let's see how to make spicy masala maggie   


  • Ingredients: 
  • 4packs of Maggi
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1\2 tbsp of Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)
  • Salt as per taste 
  • 2 chopped Onion 
  • 2 chopped Tomatoes 
  • 2 chopped Green chilies
  • 3 tbsp of Oil

  • Method:

  • Take a cooking pot on a gas stove then put oil in a cooking pot, after oil gets heated put chopped green chili in it.
  • After sometime put chopped onion cook them until it gets a pinkish color.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes cook until it gets the golden brown color
  • Now add red chili powder, turmeric and a half cup of water cook it for 1 or 2 minutes 
  • After it gets cooked then add two big cups of water and boil it 
  • Then add our all the maggie noodles 
  • Then cook it for 1 minutes then add maggie masala(tastemaker) in it, now mix it well 
  • Cook the maggie until it gets soft to eat...For getting soft it will take it will take around 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes you can see our Spicy Masala Maggie is cooked, now it is ready to serve.
