Hello, friends, I hope you all are doing well in your lives...:)
Today we are making kebab, it is very easy and tasty recipe we can make it any time that we want for eg. we can make a kebab as a starter of dinner or evening snacks etc. that's how we can make kebab. It is my personal favorite dish and it is very tasty.  This kebab is made up of keema and many more ingredients. Let's see how to make a kebab...

Let's go

Ingredients :
Mutton keema
2 potatoes chopped→
3 onions chopped
Mint leaves
Coriander
4-5 green chili
Ginger -Garlic paste
3-4 tbsp Besan(gram flour)
Salt as per taste
1\2 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander powder
1\2 tbsp turmeric
1tbsp red chili powder
Everest chicken masala

Method:
First grind mint leaves, coriander, and green chili convert it into a fine paste.
Make sure our keema should be completely waterless........ for making it waterless take some keema in your hand squeeze it ... you have to do the same process with onion and potatoes also... After making them waterless take them into a big bowl and then add all the ingredients in it accept gram flour (Besan) then mix it well...after mixing it then add besan in it again mix it well....mix the mixture like dough and then freeze it for 10 minutes in the refrigerator after 10 minutes take out it from the refrigerator and then make balls of mixture you have to make it slowly and gently
and the deep fry these balls make sure you have to fry 75% only and then keep it for around 5 minutes and then take a thick plastic and fold it from middle and keep a ball in the middle and press gently and give it the kebab shape

Do this process with all the balls and then it will look like this

And then deep fry it until it gets brown color and our Kebab is ready to eat...
