Amazing recipe for lunch & dinner | Turai recipe in English

Today we will talk about the vegetable name as turai. It is a healthy lunch recipe or we can use this recipe for dinner it is very easy and delicious recipe that we can make in very less time. Turai is a green vegetable so this recipe will be very delicious and healthy recipe to eat after making this recipe you will fall in love with vegetable let`s see how to make turai
Ingredients :
Turai half kg
2 onions chopped
Coriander powder 1and1\2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Salt as per your taste
Oil 3 big tbsp
Turmeric 1\2 tbsp
Garam masala (optional)
Cumin seeds 1\2 tsp
Method:
Take a cooking pot on the stove put some oil after it gets heated put jeera in it after sometime put chopped onions saute them then add our turai which we had chopped then saute...after that add salt and turmeric mix them properly after some time coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder then mix them properly after mixing add half cup of water in the veggies and then close the top of pan with a lid then cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame after 10 min open the lid and stir it then you can see our turai is ready to eat... serve it in a bowl.
