INGREDIENTS:

BONELESS CHICKEN half kg
RED CHILLI SAUCE 1 tbsp
GREEN CHILLI SAUCE 1tbsp
GREEN CHILLI PASTE 1 tbsp 
SOYA SAUCE 1 tbsp 
SCEZWAN CHUTNEY/ SAUCE 1 tbsp
GINGER, GARLIC PASTE 1tbsp 
SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE 
ORANGE RED FOOD COLOUR 1 tbsp
MAIDA\CAKE FLOUR 1\2 tbsp
SAMOSA PATTI for CRISP... 

METHOD:

         Take the chicken into a bowl and wash the chicken properly, then remove it into a plate, then add soya sauce, green chili sauce, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili sauce, schezwan sauce, orange-red food colour and salt as per your taste, 
mix all the ingredients nicely then add maida into the mixed chicken again mix it well, after mixing it will look like this→






         After mixing the chicken freeze it for 10 minutes till chicken gets marinated take a plate for crisp cut the samosa patti into strips 



     Put the oil on the gas stove, heat the oil on low flame, till it gets heated, cover the chicken from strips\crisp


         Now, put the CRISPY CHICKEN into the heated oil and deep fry it. And take out the CRISPY CHICKEN on the kitchen paper after oil gets absorbed now take out it into a serving plate. Serve the CRISPY CHICKEN with schezwan chutney\sauce 

     CRISPY CHICKEN IS READY TO EAT
