Today we will talk about how to make sheer khurma, this dish is a sweet dish that we make on the day of Eid-ul-Fitr. This special dish is served on the morning of Eid day in the family after the Eid prayer as breakfast, and throughout the day to all the visiting guests.

Ingredients:
Milk
Saffron
Vermicelli
Almonds
Dry coconut
Cashewnuts and pistachio
Khus Khus
Charoli
Method:
First, take a vessel and put ghee and heat it properly then add almonds cook it until it gets a light golden color after that add cashew nut and pistachio add cook it for like 2 minutes and then add coconut and then add charoli after 1\2 minute add khus khus then stir all the dry fruit properly after that add water and cook until water and ghee get separated after cooking 2-3 minutes then add milk and cook it for 5 minutes then add Vermicelli and stir it properly then add saffron and sugar and stir it for 7\8 times and cook the sheer khurma for half an hour on low flame...
Now the sheer khurma is ready to eat...
